How to use the free activity pack
- Choose Letter for U.S. printers or A4 for A4 paper. Print one test page at actual size (100%).
- Hand out the puzzle pages separately. The word-search letters are 19-point, the word lists are 16-point, and the Sudoku numbers are larger than 24-point.
- Print pages 2–6 and 11–12 for participants. Keep answer pages 7–10 and 13 with the facilitator. The word searches include diagonal and backward words; choose puzzles that suit your group.
- Use the October month grid for staff to write in activities. The sample has no center events prefilled.

For activity directors and caregivers
Use the free sample at a senior center, adult day program, community group, or at home. Make as many printed copies as your group needs. The word lists use familiar themes: autumn, music, gardens, and places around town. Participants can work independently or find words together.
A few practical details
What makes the pack custom?
Your month, center name, and accent color, assembled into one coordinated pack. The puzzle layouts use our existing generators. We choose the themes and create matching answer keys. Add your own activities to the calendar by hand.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. This is a one-time pilot. If you would like a new pack each month, mention it in your request. We’ll discuss that after you’ve tried the first one; there is no automatic renewal.
What if a puzzle or date is wrong?
Tell us and we’ll correct it at no extra charge. The included revision covers text and color changes to your proof. Any additional work is agreed before it starts.
Can I still use the free tools?
Yes. Our calendars, puzzles, and templates remain free. This service is for teams that want a finished, personalized pack prepared for them.
