Twelve habits, thirty-one days, one page.
A grid you tick. Habits down the side, days across the top, and enough rows that you can track the small things as well as the big ones.

Why this one
The value of a paper habit tracker is that it is visible. An app hides the streak behind a notification you learn to dismiss; a sheet on the wall is simply there, and the gap in a row is obvious from across the room.
Thirty-one columns cover the longest month, so the same sheet works for any month of any year. Cross out the columns you do not need.
How to use it
- Write the month at the top and the habits down the left column.
- Cross out any day columns the month does not have — most months need fewer than thirty-one.
- Mark each day you do the habit. A filled box is easier to read at a glance than a tick.
- Put it somewhere you will see it without looking for it.
Printing it
The PDF above is already sized for Letter and A4 — download it and print as many copies as you like. To print straight from this page instead, use the print button and choose portrait orientation at 100% scale; the navigation and explanatory text are hidden automatically. The print guide covers the settings that cause most problems.
There is no watermark, no signup, and no limit. If you are printing a stack to keep, 120 gsm paper takes pen pressure without showing through.
